Wellwake
Lay a stone on the sand and the swarm bends around it. Thousands of locusts pour from the rifts and reroute around your walls in real time, always hunting the shortest way to the temple.

Build the maze.
Then arm it.
You can never close the road — the tide always needs a way through. The whole game is making that way long.
What is Wellwake?
A tower defense where the maze is yours to draw. The swarm spills out of rifts at the top of the map and flows toward a temple at the bottom, and it does not follow a fixed path: it follows the shortest one, recalculated every time you put a stone down. Lay a wall and thousands of locusts turn to go around it. You can never close the road completely — the tide always needs a way through — so the question is never how to stop it. It is how long you can make its way, and what waits along it.
How it plays
- Stones bend the swarm. Tap the sand for a stone, drag for a wall, and the route redraws as you build.
- Arm the maze. Any stone can become a Volley that rains bolts, a Mirror that beams sunlight, a Catapult that lobs fire pots, a Brazier that leaves the sand burning, or a Bell whose ring crushes everything near it. Each has two upgrades.
- Traps in the corridors. Spikes stab whatever walks over them, tar slows the tide until fire turns it into a carpet of flame, and a gust stone shoves the swarm sideways — into a sinkhole, if you placed it well.
- One miracle per map. Slow the tide, let the temple breathe it back, or seal a corridor for a moment. Keep it for when it all goes wrong.
- The swarm learns new tricks. Glass Hoppers leap thin walls, Dust Wings fly straight over the maze, Soot Burrowers dig under everything, Carapace Bulls jam the narrow gaps — and at the end of the road, The Mouth wakes.
- Temple Score. Every map you clear adds the temple's remaining health to your score on Game Center.
The Biriki promise
Your first session is ad-free, and so are your first battles. After that a short ad may appear as you leave a result screen — never during a battle, and never after a loss. When the temple falls, an optional rewarded ad can repair it once per map. A single Silence the ads purchase clears ads for good, makes the repair free, and can be restored from Settings. Progress is backed up to your own iCloud account automatically.
Coming soon to the App Store — for iPhone and iPad running iOS 16 or later. The game is playable in English, Turkish, German, French and Spanish.
