Terms of Use

Which terms apply
Our games are licensed to you, not sold, under the standard terms of the store you got them from:
- App Store (iPhone and iPad): Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
- Google Play (Android): the Google Play Terms of Service.
We don’t add extra terms on top of these.
Purchases
- In-app purchases are one-time. None of our games sell subscriptions.
- Payment is handled by Apple or Google, never by us. Refund requests go through them too.
- A purchase stays tied to your Apple Account or Google account. If you reinstall or switch devices, use Restore Purchases in the game’s shop.
Ads
Some games show ads through Google AdMob. Where a game offers it, a one-time purchase removes them. How ad data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.
